UFC 286: Edwards Vs. Usman 3 full weight results, video – A fighter misses 3.5 lbs

The UFC is in the UK this weekend with UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards hoping to make a successful first title defense on home soil. His challenger will be the man he took the belt from, Kamaru Usman.

It’s a trilogy fight for Edwards and Usman. They met each other early in their octagon careers and on that occasion Usman got the best ‘Rocky’. Edwards hasn’t lost since.

The co-main event is sure to entertain with Justin Gaithjee taking on Rafael Fisiye in the lightweight division. The PPV also features an important middleweight clash between Marvin Vettori and Roman Dolitz. Popular Icelander Gunnar Nelson is also on the main card, with Ultimate Spoiler taking on Brian Barberena. Rounding out the main card is Scotland’s Case O’Neill and former title challenger Jennifer Mia.

Jack Shore vs. Maqwan Ameerkhani is the preliminaries. This and the early prelims are mostly fights for the British and showcase upcoming talent. The most highly regarded of those British prospects is undefeated Mohamed Mogaev, who meets Jafael Filho.

Before these fights happen, everyone has to weigh in. And Edwards and Usman will have to be careful to make sure they don’t weigh a single pound over 170 (lest their title hopes are shattered).

Official weigh-ins are scheduled to take place at 4:45 am ET. You can view them here:
