As mentioned, Wednesday, January 17 is the day of Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2024. Live coverage of the keynote and presentation will begin at 10am PT / 1pm ET / 6pm GMT. For Australians, that's Thursday 18 January at 5am AEDT.

On that day Samsung website You can register to watch the livestream and send a £50 / AU$100 voucher to spend on Galaxy devices. Unfortunately, there is no such offer if you are in the US. What to expect from Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2024?
In short, you can expect all three of the new Galaxy S-series phones, rumored so far to be similar to the Galaxy S23 series in terms of overall design.
As rumored, there will be some subtle exterior design differences, including a flat display, titanium bezels, and swapping the 10x telephotos camera for the 50-megapixel 5x zoom camera on the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Expect the Samsung Galaxy S24 Colors and Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra Colors to catch your eye, but otherwise the Galaxy S24 lineup might have major changes over its predecessors on the software side.
Samsung has already teased phone features that lean on artificial intelligence algorithms, and with rumors pointing to AI-powered photo editing similar to the Google Pixel 8's Magic Editor, it'll all be about AI. The Galaxy S24 has the ability to detect tone in text, which is all part of Samsung's aim to create an “AI phone” among other features for the phone.
According to rumours, we expect the Galaxy S24 prices to closely track the prices of the Galaxy S23 series. That means some of the best Android phones in the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro models are three affordable phones to buy.
Now we don't expect to see the Galaxy Ring, which is set to be Samsung's first smart ring. We don't expect any updates to the company's smartwatches.
